HISTORY OF MOBILE PIZZA CATERING IN SYDNEY

Well after spending almost all of our lives in the pizza business business, we were invited to Lorna's 18th birthday party by Julien and old friend and fellow pizza maker, who worked with us previously.

Julien told us about the upcoming event and joked that wouldn't if be great to have a pizza party, but not bring pizzas, but actually make them on the spot.

We laughed but the idea of mobile pizza catering was born.

Let's try and find a way to do exactly that, turn an ordinary party into a Pizza Event.

Within 24 hours we had developed a plan to cook pizzas at Lorna's 18th party.

So day of the event we turned up with equipment a table some pizza dough, ingredients etc. and we proceeded to prepare pizzas on site at the event.

Now imagine the surprise of the guests when we started preparing and cooking pizzas Live in front of the guests.

Nothing tastes better than a pizza served straight out of the oven.

The reaction was priceless, it became the talking point of the night.

The joy of the guests watching pizzas being prepared live and then being cooked and enjoyed straight from the oven was a memory we would not forget quickly.

Needless to say we knew instantly that we were on to something great.
