PARTY TIPS: HOW MUCH SPACE?

We have had the privilege of catering at over 1000 parties, and we would like to share with you some of the tricks and tips we have learnt about making your event extra special.

Does a party need more space or less?

Trust me a party works best in a confined space.

100 guests allowed to roam in a large area, and no matter what you do it will not look like a happening party.

Guests tend to split up into small groups and move away from each other, almost like the planets in space.

Look out over 100 guests in a large area and all you can see is small clusters of guests.

How can we confine the guests?

Use tables, plants, your bar or string lights…. anything to keep your guests together to stop them roaming away.

Guests that are in a close proximity to each other are more likely to socialise and “make new friends” especially once the lubricates cut in…haha
